A tiny robot. A very big mess.

The party is over. Your shift is not.

You are MOP-01, a tiny cleaning robot taking care of a living room after a leaving party. Your human is asleep on the sofa. Before sunrise, vacuum the leftovers, recycle the mess into upgrades, and rescue four little memories that deserve to be kept.

Some things belong in a bin. Some things belong on a shelf.

Your morning shift

  • Vacuum 72 leftovers scattered around the room.
  • Sort food scraps, plastic cups, and paper at your service dock.
  • Spend recycled scrap on a wider nozzle, a quieter motor, and a bigger bag.
  • Discover four keepsakes that reveal the story of last night.
  • Return the keepsakes to the Lost & Found shelf.
  • Finish before sunrise, without waking your human.

Controls

WASD / arrow keys — Move
Hold Space — Vacuum
Hold Shift — Quiet mode
E — Interact
1 / 2 / 3 — Choose a sorting bin
Esc — Pause / resume

Quiet mode helps around the sofa. Release the vacuum to let the noise settle. Reading keepsakes, sorting, and buying upgrades pause the clock.

Made for Ctrl+AI+Jam — Week 01

Theme: LEFTOVERS
Yesterday’s party waste becomes useful upgrades. Forgotten belongings become a story about friendship, change, and home.

Limitation: ONE ROOM
The entire game takes place in one living room, with no level transitions.

Flavor Cards

Don’t Wake It — Clean carefully around the sleeping host. Noise, furniture bumps, and a loud vacuum can interrupt their sleep.

I thought the concept was really nice for a cozy game! I'm not really sure what to suggest to add more content, but one idea that could be interesting would be to use the cards to tell a bit of the story behind the party from the night before. Maybe some gossip or little stories that the player gradually discovers.

For example, there could be five different cards that, together, tell the story of how the robot's owner got their new job. Each card would reveal a small piece of that story, encouraging the player to find the others to understand what happened.

I think that could be a fun way to build on a mechanic that's already in the game and add a bit more content.
